Seeking individual with strong analaytical/data skills to help manage all aspects of E-commerce office operation. Must posses high level critical thinking and be computer savvy.
Must be dependable, responsible person for multi tasking duties that include but not limited to:
- Inventory management/tracking
- Organizing documents and data flow
- instructing/assisting warehouse staff
- Shipment management
- product selection
- Listing items online
- general organization
- email and phone communication with vendors and others.
- General Problem solving
Seeking someone with the following traits:
Energetic, moves quickly in completing tasks while still maintaining quality work, able to follow detailed instruction, dependable, quick learning, problem solving capabilities, able to shift to various tasks as needed.
Savvy computer skills including excel/ sheets and other software required.
Experience in E-Commerce or business / accounting / bookkeeping back office appreciated but willing to train the right individual. minimum 25 hours a week(full time preferred). This is a long term position with growth potential.
Pay is very dependant on experience and skill set.
