E-commerce Manager - Fashion the Future!

Are you passionate about fashion and have a knack for the technical side of e-commerce? We are a dynamic women's fashion apparel company seeking an experienced Back-End- Commerce Support Manger to join our team.

Women's Preppy Designer Clothing company located in Pelham, NY is looking for someone to ensure a seamless, efficient and secure operation of our online retail platform. You will be the backbone of our digital presence, making sure that the shopping experience for our customers is as flawless and fashionable as our clothing line. You will be working with the Creative Director ensuring the brand message is translated to our digital presence.

You will be responsible for uploading new product, maintaining visual cohesiveness, copy writing, making site easy to use, attractive and secure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee e-commerce platforms and backend systems.
• Implement and maintain website management.
• Manage API's, plugins and integrations, and to ensure they are up to date and functional.
• Coordinate with the front end team to support UX/UI enhancements.
• Trouble shoot and re solve back end issues.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to align back end solutions with business goals.

Requirements:

• Fashion background a requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in e-commerce support management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento.
• Solid understanding of back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with database systems, web servers and UI/UX design.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.

Must be able to work in Pelham, NY (Please check location before applying) This position is strictly in house.
