Position Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility, including website development, digital marketing, and online sales initiatives.
2.Lead and manage the e-commerce team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving performance improvements.
3.Oversee website operations, including content management, user experience optimization, and technical support, to ensure seamless functionality and exceptional user experience.
4.Manage digital marketing campaigns, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to increase brand awareness and drive online sales growth.
5.Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional activities and sales strategies, aligning e-commerce efforts with overall sales objectives.
6.Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles, with proven leadership and management skills.
3.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Magento, Shopify, and WordPress.
4.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
5.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve e-commerce performance.
6.Familiarity with industry trends and best practices, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
