The company operates from a 500,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility in Forney, Texas and a second state-of-the art 400,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility in Mesquite.

The Ecommerce Account Manager will be responsible for key eCommerce accounts, identifying, and growing new eCommerce accounts, leading the development and ensures implementation of the annual customer and channel plans that are aligned with overall business strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives
Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for assigned accounts and acts as the point person for all business related to the specified supplier/manufacturer and account.
  • Maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships through comprehensive strategy, oversight, and management of accounts.
  • Consistently optimizing catalog of listings for desired results
  • Develop and present strategies, sales presentations, and play an active and valuable role during the presentation process.
  • Collect, organize, create, and present projects and reports to internal and external teams.
  • Focus on strategic interactive marketing goals throughout product lifecycle.
  • Support long term eCommerce and omnichannel product strategies and roadmaps as defined by the Director of Ecommerce.
  • Ensure all site content serves to meet channel goals, customer expectations, eCommerce best practices, and search engine optimization (SEO) requirements.
  • Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customer (s) in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure achievement of agreed goals and objectives, i.e. sales and margin goals, forecast accuracy, new product launches, strategic initiatives, etc.)
  • Develop, implement, follow up and update Customer(s) plans.
  • Ensure com Account Management - Forecasting, inventory, promotional planning, site merchandising opportunities (site placement, cross selling, site events)
  • Utilize Salsify for Product Information Management and uploading/syndication of that content across eCommerce accounts.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Systems knowledge/skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills, critical and creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and detail-oriented
Preferred qualifications:
 
  • Ability to think outside the box when working with Accounts to create solutions that create value to all.
  • Interest and excitement in the opportunities of the internet sales channel.
  • The incumbent should possess an aggressive approach to all stages of follow-up with customers.
  • Strong administrative skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
  • Familiarity with PIM platforms
  • Proficient with MS Office (Advanced Excel required)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and must be able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel 10% with minimal overnight travel and some weekend work required.
  • Present positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism at all times
  • Reliable transportation
