Marketing & eCommerce Manager

The role of an e-commerce manager is to oversee a company's online shopping outlets to ensure they are user-friendly and run smoothly. You also ensure customers receive the best services by reviewing customers' needs, concerns and preferences and then using the information to create smooth business transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Growing My Garage Door Parts online market share

- Develop and plan the store's appearance, choose the best collections and act as an interface with various departments.

- Planning a digital marketing strategy to improve the visibility of products and boost conversion rates.

- Attract customers using campaigns, engaging content and effective SEO and PPC strategies.

- In charge of website design and its appearance

- Develop a search engine optimization strategy to ensure the website is ranking and platform gets sufficient organic traffic.

- Be familiar with customer and buyer profiles.

- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize performance

- Write product descriptions that explain the benefits of the products to consumers.

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback, answer phone calls and provide technical support about products, website ordering and etc.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online retail

- Traditional and email marketing

Requirements:

- Understanding e-commerce systems such as search engine optimization, customer management systems, online stores, social media marketing.

- Spanish is very welcomed

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing

- Need to be data-driven and analytical to succeed.

- Previous experience customer service role

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Familiarity with basic accounting principles

- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping

- Ability to recruit, train, and supervise online staff members

- Knowledge of inventory control methods and procedures

Salary range based on the skills $50,000 – $70,000 and additional bonus.
