Job Overview
You’ll be a key member of our growing marketing team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, contributing to & executing on high-level strategies set by management, analysis, and leading the growth of all e-commerce sites within the company’s portfolio. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the user experience, increasing conversions, and driving revenue growth.
Core Functions:
- Create and execute on promotional strategies that deliver the maximum ROI. Ongoing measurement and reporting of results via analysis of performance data to ensure sales performance remains on-track as determined by KPIs and revenue goals.
- Execute brand strategies across multiple marketing channels while focusing on optimization, acquisition, and retention. ]
- Manage SEO, Email, Social, and Paid & Affiliate campaigns on multiple platforms while ensuring proper coordination with agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
Detailed Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Manage multiple Shopify stores
- Implement and maintain analytics solutions (GA; Tag Manager; Hot Jar; etc.
- Responsible for leading day-to-day tasks & managing operations of all website
- Monitor & improve site speed, conversion, and overall UX/UI
- Daily, weekly, and monthly, site audit analysis and optimization
- Translate business and marketing objectives into website designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy to understand
- Assist the Leadership Team in further developing & improving the look, functionality, merchandising strategy, promotions, upselling and cross-selling initiatives for each site
- Deliver an optimal customer experience that will drive sales based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, utilizing data to improve our customer's site experience, customer service, checkout, and website returns process
- Monitor competitive websites, industry trends, and new technology and digital services ensuring that the brand is staying at the forefront of industry standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, public relations, advertising or a related field with/or 3-5 years of relevant marketing/ecommerce required.
- Expert-level proficiency in: MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Google Analytics; E-commerce platforms (Magento; Shopify; etc.); E-commerce retailers & marketplaces (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.); Email marketing platforms & automation rules/ sequences; Affiliate platforms; Content management; and social media marketing.
- Experience with Magento, Shopify, Jira and/or other related platforms is required.
