E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As the E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, engage customers, and increase sales and ROAS across various online platforms. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Email, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Organic/SEO, Social Media, Pinterest, and Influencer/Affiliate Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive traffic, enhance brand awareness, and increase sales and ROAS in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media platforms, to maximize ROAS and reach target audiences.
  • Oversee Email Marketing initiatives, including segmentation, automation, and personalized messaging, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
  • Cultivate relationships with Influencers and Brand Ambassadors to amplify brand reach, generate User-Generated Content, and drive sales through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and source New Products that align with our brand's aesthetic and quality standards while meeting predefined profit goals. This includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and evaluating supplier relationships to uncover innovative product opportunities that resonate with our target audience and drive profitability.
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website visibility, and drive qualified traffic to the e-commerce platform.
  • Leverage Social Media platforms to engage with customers, create compelling content, and drive traffic to the website through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to track campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure marketing collateral and website assets align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce marketing to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the customer journey, from acquisition to conversion and retention, to enhance user experience and drive long-term value for the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce marketing, with at least [X] years of experience in a similar role within the retail or furniture industry.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, to track performance metrics and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
