E-Commerce Replenishment Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online sales and marketing strategies. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and has a strong understanding of supply chain management and data analysis.

```Duties```
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth
- Manage the end-to-end e-commerce process, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience on our website
- Oversee production planning and stock management to ensure product availability
- Collect and analyze customer data to improve targeting and personalization efforts
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, making recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of materials handling, supply chain management, and data mining
- Experience with production planning and stock management
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with retail management systems, such as AS400
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
