Salary### Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales, enhance the customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, supply chain management, and data analysis.
### Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets
- Manage the end-to-end e-commerce process, from product listing to order fulfillment
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
- Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and production planning
- Implement effective materials handling and supply chain management practices
- Utilize data collection tools to gather customer insights and inform marketing strategies
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement process improvements
- Utilize AS400 system for order processing and inventory management
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related roles
- Strong knowledge of retail management principles and best practices
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Familiarity with AS400 system is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
