Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our e-commerce and digital programs.
• Collaborate closely with partner teams, including business owners, engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and research.
• Drive experimentation and testing to enhance product discovery and functionality.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and satisfaction to drive product enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Create personal and team development plans to foster continuous evolution in Product Management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading Product Management work in e-commerce, retail/grocery, omni-channel experiences, or consumer-facing applications with a large user base.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling and operating products that reach millions of customers and maintain high transaction volume.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.
• A track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
