We are looking for a Partner Manager for our North American market. This role will be report to the NA & UK Market Lead, and will be responsible for managing our partners, developing appropriate partner agreements, as well as creating and executing partner business plans that will create pipeline and generate new business.
- Identifying, approaching and acquiring potential partners in the e-commerce sector to expand the existing partner network.
- Developing and implementing partnership strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners through regular communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate and draft collaboration agreements and monitor contract terms.
- Work with internal teams including sales, marketing and product development to support partner initiatives and ensure requirements are met.
- Build a metrics-based evaluation tool to monitor partnership performance and analyze data to assess collaboration effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization.
- You know how things work. Complex decision-making and processes in companies are not new territory for you and you know how to influence them profitably.
- Expert wanted. You already have experience with platform-based Saas offerings and can convince our partners of our merits.
- In a nutshell. You know how to explain and present complex topics and content in a way that everyone can understand.
