Overview:

As a Demand Planner for our Marketing Team at Wyze, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand plans to support our direct-to-consumer business, TikTok Shop, marketing campaigns, and product launches. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, market trends, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand upcoming campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to create accurate demand forecasts.
• Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet demand.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to facilitate efficient and timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and market demand to make proactive recommendations for adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and finance, to align on demand planning strategies.
• Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders regarding demand forecasts, inventory levels, and overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning, preferably in a marketing-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
• Strong data skills (ETL, data cleaning) working across database systems (e.g. Excel, ERP, snowflake, tableau, forecasting software etc.). Has some level of coding capability (Python, R, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and consumer electronics industry.
• Experience with statistical and analytical capabilities. Exposure to demand forecasting, demand planning software, and ERP systems is a plus.
