Description:
The Bimbo Bakeries USA Sales Co-Op program is a dynamic 5-months paid opportunity that affords students a remarkable experience to participate in fast-paced, real-world projects designed to further develop strategic project, management, analytical problem solving, and managerial leadership skills.
The BBU DSD Excellence Internship affords students a remarkable opportunity to participate in fast-paced, real-world projects designed to further develop project management, problem solving, and managerial leadership skills. Mentors will be designated to each intern to guide collaboration and project work. Interns will support business units in the development and execution of projects.

- Serves in this business-critical role of Sales support.
- Supplies support to the Sustainability and Insights Team to improve and update the sales team onboarding process and training, while providing continuous optimization recommendations for both.
- Creates, formats, and understands training materials to allow a more sustainable and effective way to grow associates across the organization for effective onboarding that will increase performance execution.
- The ideal candidate has experience working with various groups of people to collect information and transform it into a comprehensive document.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Access relevant information, interpret results, draw conclusions, and form recommendations about opportunities to improve onboarding and training methods.
- Works proactively in uncovering opportunities in the onboarding process, training delivery, and materials while working closely with the DSD Center of Excellence to create content to distribute nationwide to local sales teams.
- Lead the collection of information to create clear and concise onboarding process and training.
- Support the development of templates and standardized processes for post-training reporting.
- Builds and delivers post-training reporting.
- Present internally the status of current projects.

- Some travel and time in customer and company locations may be required. Estimated 10% travel (costs covered by company).
Education and Work History:
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, Business or a related field preferred.
- Technical capabilities in collecting and creating process flow for effective and efficient training and onboarding materials.
- Knowledge and use of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word or other similar systems is a plus.
