OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a highly motivated creative intern majoring in Graphic Design or Visual Communication to join our Customer Success team.
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will work closely with our Paid Social team to conceptualize and produce visually stunning content for paid media ads across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, allowing you to refine your design skills and contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (current sophomore or junior)
- Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud. Canva experience is preferred
- Solid understanding of design, composition, and typography
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a consistent structure, organization, and top-notch creative execution
- Ability to organize and manage digital content and assets across various projects, employing meticulous file management techniques to facilitate seamless coordination and easy accessibility
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to learn and apply procedural techniques to optimize design workflow and efficiency
As a Graphic Design Intern on our Customer Success team, you will:
- Develop creative assets, including but not limited to static images, GIFs, and short videos, that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Paid Social team members to understand project objectives and requirements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall campaign strategies
- Work closely with Account Managers to incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to designs. When necessary, meet with clients to discuss design concepts, present ideas, and gather feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Must be flexible and open to incorporating any feedback given into future designs
- Ability to work on multiple projects, manage time and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in digital advertising to ensure our content remains fresh and effective
- Demonstrate an open-minded and positive attitude towards each diverse project, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm and adaptability
- Part Time: 20-30 Hours/ Week
- Looking for a minimum 6-month commitment
- We recognize the importance of balancing educational commitments with professional experience and that class schedules and academic responsibilities may vary. We are committed to accommodating the selected candidate's educational priorities by offering flexibility in working hours
- $15/Hour
- Attendance in the Philadelphia office is requested once a week
