Under the direction of the Director, this position leads the delivery of People Services experience to employees, managers, and external vendors. Directly and indirectly manages Service Center operations, benefits, well-being, retirement planning, employee relations, employee leaves, and worker’s compensation to include design, implementation, and evaluation of program activities. Works with Service Center staff on process improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Ensures business unit’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
