Job Duties
- Must be able to handle all inbound calls and handle within a timely manner.
- Obtain accurate information and follow customer's requirements at the initial call.
- Enter data information immediately while on the call.
- Obtain complete and accurate data on where the unit is located.
- Obtain complete details on what is wrong with the unit including year, make, and model, etc.
- Select and enter into the system the correct trouble code.
- Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
- Ensure estimates are handled timely and accurately.
- Make outbound calls to get updates on open events.
- Keep customer updated on the event and follow instructions per their requirements.
- Make supervisor on duty aware of any delays with the service providers estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.
- Work with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
- Time Management- Ability to prioritize and utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
- Project a positive image for FleetNet America with the internal and external customers and employees at all times. Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other management.
Qualifications
Minimum
- High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years' experience in a related field
- Requires strong knowledge of customer service/experience Excellent skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
Preferred
- Degree in related discipline Experience in industry desired
USD 14.42 - 21.63 per hour
