Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time position which operates Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. Job duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service scheduling service calls
- Placing orders for parts
- Communicating with technicians and vendors
- Answering incoming customer inquiries and service calls via e-mail and phone
- Check and answer company emails
- Send and follow-up on estimates
Be prepared for busy work culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience
- Proficiency working with computer systems
