IES Residential is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the Georgetown, TX area (including the Temple & Liberty Hill).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising crews, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner, depending on day to day tasks.
- Make sure all crews are in compliance of electrical codes.
- Assist crews when needed in installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, relays, fuse boxes, and circuit-breaker panels in accordance with specifications and local electrical codes.
- Performs a variety of supported duties of the job, such as loading and unloading project materials and carrying the same to a particular work area at a job site, erecting scaffolding and ladders, holding materials, tools, and supplies, cleaning the work area and removing trash and debris.
- Adheres to safety policies and procedures and safe work practices and proceed those safe practices to all on the job-site.

Specific Qualifications
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
- A minimum of year experience in the electrical contracting industry.
- High school diploma, relevant vocational school training, or completion of a formal apprenticeship training program.
- 2-3 years preferred of Residential Electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- An exceptional amount of pride in the work that you do
- Ability to work independently
