Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Dispatcher. As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
General Duties Include:
· Answer a high volume of phone calls, listening intently to the caller’s information so we are able to get all vital information
· Enter Work Order based on the information received over the phone to accomplish our customers’ needs and schedule technicians using the most practical time slots available
· Dispatch the appropriate service professional to the job site
· Learn and assist other dispatchers with the day-to-day tasks of keeping our Service Technicians working by way of Build Ops Office System
· Checking customers are paid-to-date on their invoices before dispatching
· Verifying all information on file is correct for previous customers
· Calling customers ahead of scheduled appointment the day before so customer knows when we will be on-site
· Make sure technicians are closing their boards daily and entering labor daily so payroll runs smoothly
· Checking on all boards to see what parts are in and can be scheduled
· Making sure Preventive Maintenance contracted customers are scheduled in a timely manner
· Providing any paperwork to the technicians that they might need when doing preventive maintenance or service calls, so they have all the information they need while they are on-site.
· Help the Hyde-Stone team with simple office tasks when needed

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
· Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00 with an hour lunch break
Ability to commute/relocate:
· Position is located onsite in Watertown, NY. Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience/Skills Preferred:
· Dispatch experience a plus, but will train the right individual
· Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills are a MUST for our customers and helping our technicians
· Ability to multi-task
· Excellent Decision-Making Skills
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver clear and concise instructions
