Committed to Total Customer Satisfaction, our Customer Experience Reps answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the right person or department, answer customer questions and complaints, and direct visiting customers to various locations within the property. R&R is looking for someone who has attention to detail and can represent themselves professionally on the phone.

- Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as calls are received.
- Respond to all e-mails and phone messages in a timely manner.
- Create work orders for all service calls.
- Quote pricing to customers, order parts, track all parts ordered and inform customers of the status of pending parts and schedule as parts are received.
- Evaluate work load and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Must be able to multitask phone calls, emails while keeping a neat and organized work area.

- Various other administrative duties, scanning, copying ect..

- Must be able to pass a background check

Qualifications
- Any experience with answering phones is a plus, but if you are the right person we will train.

- High school education or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective telephone and administrative skills
