Job Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Receive dispatch requests from projects by phone and/or email.
2. Record dispatch requests into a dispatch spreadsheet.
3. Manage dispatch schedule changes throughout the day with the support of management.
4. Schedule inspectors to projects and sending out dispatch email with the support of management.
5. Manage incoming phone calls and directing to responsible staff.
6. Send out new project setup forms and set up new project in the computer system.
7. Answering client calls, directing calls as needed.
8. Other general administrative duties that may be assigned by supervisor.
This position is trainable. Individual will work under the supervision of the Office Manager and with support from project managers.
Office Administration experience REQUIRED.
