What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the Product Management team’s development of innovative product and solution growth strategies and road maps based on end customer and sales channel feedback, market research, competitor analysis, technology trends and industry standards activities.
- Developing, mentoring and supporting a talented, creative customer-centric Product Management team.
- Providing cross functional leadership and proactively collaborating with sales, engineering, marketing, tech support and operations teams.
- Traveling to key customers and trade events to develop relationships and champion our brand.
- Building relationships with key sales channel partners and strategic allies.
- Practicing product life cycle mastery.
- Managing the product pricing team by maintaining margin control while improving sales win rates.
- Managing the analysis of Business Intelligence to develop actionable plans and strategies that improve product sales and market share growth.
What We Are Looking For:
- Background includes a bachelor’s degree, preferably with an MBA, 7+ years in B2B Product Management and a verifiable record of effective leadership within a multinational organization.
- Experience and knowledge of the physical layer network infrastructure used in Data Centers, Enterprise Campuses, and Intelligent Buildings.
- The ability to turn customer needs and challenges into value adding product innovations.
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
- Attention to detail, organization, prioritization and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including process documentation.
- The ability to forge strong cross functional working relationships.
- A customer-centric market driven strategic thinker with a bias to thoughtful action.
Working Location:
- US preferred, but other country locations will be considered based on background and experience.
