We are seeking a Director of Operations to join our dynamic team. The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and efficiency of our studio. The DOO position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, managing financial reporting and strategic planning, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in all aspects of Operations, working closely with the executive team to execute the company's vision and mission.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of financial and firm operations projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the firm's efficiency, effectiveness and maintain industry best practices.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Operations and project management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. Collaborate with firm Principals, Practice Managers, and Project Managers to track project budgets, costs, and profitability.

Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation, including staff, budget, and tools, to support the successful execution of projects and the firm's overall goals.

Client Relations: Collaborate with project managers and architects to maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, control costs, and provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Generate

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance standards, and implement measures to continually improve the quality of deliverables.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects, operations, and contracts.

Human Resources: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other office guidelines; including coordination with external benefits providers and ensure employees receive necessary information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, business management, or a related field preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software and business operations tools.
