The Assistant Director of Operations in Production, a working manager, schedules, guides the work flow and navigates people and product of this 30 year successful small business.
We are seeking one with these qualities:
· ability to continuously scan so to see things before they occur.
· ease with anticipating, and, meeting regularly with individuals to develop relationships and understanding.
· experienced with receiving (and giving) directions, requests and feedback.
· willing and eager to learn and assist, if needed, in most production processes
· experienced and adept with computer programs including Excel and Word.
· have a natural ability for production flow.
· positive, calm, even, and a unifier.
Initial Job layout: ~75% learning production tasks, ~25% interfacing with staff
Transitioning to: ~25% production task assistance,
~50% interfacing with staff, ~25% administrative
