The Senior Directorof Infrastructure and Technology Operations is responsible for managing the reliability and performance of the ecommerce, data, ERP, infrastructure, and DevOps systems for a high-growth ecommerce organization. The Sr. Director will also be responsible for building and leading a performant team to support the organization's digital transformation.
What you'll bring:
- 15+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on ecommerce
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with SRE practices and cloud computing platforms
- Experience with automating IT operations processes and procedures
- Experience with maintaining and supporting ecommerce platforms, Salesforce or headless commerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, data platforms, ERP, and backend systems
- Experience with managing cloud-based Infrastructure and automation
- Experience with developing and executing Technology Operations strategies
- Experience with managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with DevOps practices
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with managing large-scale IT operations teams
