Job description
Overview: This position is responsible for processing all payments for goods and services necessary for the company's operation.
Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Sort invoices and confirm appropriate approvals
* Enter, code and process all invoices
* Process all checks
* Communicate with vendors regarding payments
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years related experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills
* Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $24 - $26/Hr. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
