Ap/Payroll Liaison

Summary:
Professional, courteous, computer-proficient, organized with strong communication. The Payroll Liaison is responsible for processing payroll and time data using an automated payroll and time-keeping system to ensure employees are accurately paid within established time frames. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner with ensure records, bookkeeping and financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Searching for a dynamic and knowledgeable Payroll Liaison to perform the following duties.

• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Review timesheets, upload time and PTO requested and other information to ensure accurate recording of employee's time.
• Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions and job title and department transfers.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings and deductions.
• Prepare reports for monthly reconciliations of payroll invoices.
• Assist with 401k audits and other payroll related audits when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience with payroll processing or skilled nursing facility exposure
• Experiences payroll processing and wage and hour knowledge
• Experienced human resource knowledge
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of ADP payroll system & Viventium
• Basic accounting skills
• Organizational and time management
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality with regards to employee compensation and other personal information.
