Why we're hiring for this role:

We are looking for a dynamic and fast moving Director of Channel Sales who can come on board and manage and expand our varied channel relationships in this critical time of growth and expansion at the company.

This is what you'll do:

  • Lead and manage all reseller and referral partnership relationships

  • Oversee all our accounts related to Veteran Affairs and the Department of Defense (DoD)

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry

  • Drive the growth of Channel Sales, leveraging existing partnerships and exploring new opportunities

  • Move with speed and a sense of urgency to capitalize on market opportunities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and successful execution of sales strategies

This is what you'll need:

  • Proven experience in healthcare Channel Sales, preferably within a startup environment

  • Background in managing reseller and referral partnerships, particularly in the healthcare sector

  • Demonstrated success in working with Veteran Affairs and DoD accounts or similar

  • Humble, hungry, and smart – embodying a growth mindset and adaptability

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation Range: $135K - $150K
