Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Description:

An established North Tampa family law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to become the newest member of our team.
This is an in-office, in-person position with hybrid flexibility. Travel is required to mediations, depositions and court in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties.
Prospective applicant should possess the following:

• A minimum of 1-3+ years of recent and relevant work experience at a Family Law firm.
• Team player qualities.
• Ability to respond quickly and operate calmly and effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to direct and manage files, provide analysis, conduct discovery, take depositions, research, develop case strategy, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Proficiency at drafting petitions, motions, orders, discovery requests/responses, financial affidavits, child support guidelines, alimony analyses and equitable distribution schedules.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.

License/Certification:

• Florida Bar License (Required)
