Job description

TheDirector Omni Channel Sales will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing partner relationships, and achieving Wacom's sales and profitability goals for all of Wacom's B2C Omni, eTail, Amazon, eStore and distribution channels while strategically collaborating with the leadership of Wacom's B2B team. The role includes leading an experienced channel team in all aspects of channel management including partner selection, product assortment, Channel Sales and marketing programs, and promotions
The Director Omni Channel Sales will use their experience and expertise to guide Wacom through the expanding eTail opportunities and challenges at partners such as Amazon, and Best Buy as well as managing our distribution and our B2B fulfillment partners and Wacom's own eStore
Location: This position can be based in our Portland, OR, office, hybrid, or fully remote (West Coast).
Pay & Benefits: $150,000-$172,500 base salary +33% targeted sales incentive pay. Paywithin this range is based on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. What you will be doing:

  • Own P&L for B2C channel partners and deliver against Wacom's sales targets and strategic goals.
  • Develop and manage Hybrid model of Amazon management, using your extensive knowledge of Amazon tactics to maximize Amazon performance.
  • Collaborate with Wacom's Marketing, Community and Marcom teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and assets.
  • Manage and continually improve our internal and external processes to increase efficiency and agility
  • Lead Sales teams in data-driven, collaborative model to Maximize Wacom's performance, fight competition and promote the brand.
  • Analyze industry market trends, products, and pricing and devise strategies and tactics to leverage for Wacom's success.
  • Coach and develop team
Skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of Amazon, eCommerce and channel management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proven ability to manage retail channel partners including Amazon.
  • Direct management and marketing experience with Amazon 3PL/Marketplace
  • Proven track record of strategy, implementation, and success metrics in the eCommerce space
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team to accomplish goals
  • Ability to collaborate with external partners while focused on achieving Wacom's goals.
  • Strong financial and strategic planning skills along with a deep understanding and experience with digital marketing: including advertising, email and online store management.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with team members, key internal partners, clients, retailers, vendors, and business partners to execute sales plans throughout North America.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Willingness to travel to partners and events on a regular basis (up to 25% travel)
  • Ability to participate in global meetings and planning session outside of normal business hours
