Reliable, responsible, experienced dinner cook wanted. Well known Mom and Pop restaurant is looking for a lead dinner cook.

Should be proficient in scratch sauces, Alfredo, Marsala, Piccata and other Italian staples. Should be good with meat temperatures and plating.

We serve comfort food with a focus on Italian cuisine. You will be working in a modern kitchen with a friendly staff.

Dinner shift is 6 nights a week, Monday thru Saturday from 2pm to 9 pm, with Sundays off (unless you want to cover some breakfast shifts on Sundays, if needed, so Breakfast experience a plus and will enable additional shifts/hours.)

We strive to create a low pressure, pleasant work environment. Starting pay $24 per hour plus overtime and Christmas bonus.
