Dining Manager FOH

Friendship Village is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in our new rooftop restaurant and brewhouse, Starfire!

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday

Starting Salary: $57,269-$62,996 depending on years of experience

SUMMARY: Manage and maintain operations in the Starfire Restaurant and Brewhouse at the highest possible standards. Direct and manage all restaurant personnel, to include servers, bartenders and bussers in the conduct of their ordinary routines and adherence to high customer service standards. Working in conjunction with the Starfire Chef, maintain and develop dynamic programs and offerings in keeping with the ongoing retail plan.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7 years of dining room operations experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in hospitality

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Must acquire a food handler's certification from the local Health Department within 30 days of hire.
• Must have or acquire a valid ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire and renew it every 3 years.
