Now Hiring: Food Service Director

Food Service Director Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to Food Service and safety.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Manage the Food Service budget efficiently, including cost control, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Seek opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality.
• Supervise and lead the kitchen and dining room staff.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development to ensure high standards of service.

Food Service Director Qualifications:
*

• Proven experience as a Food Service Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and food safety regulations.

• Experience working in a healthcare or nursing home environment is a plus.
