What We're Looking For:
- Proven Leadership Experience: You must have demonstrated leadership experience in the restaurant industry, preferably as an Assistant General Manager or in a higher managerial role.
- Thrive in High-Volume Environment: Our restaurant operates at a high-volume, with an annual volume of $3 million. You should thrive in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere.
- Food/Labor Cost Management: Possess a solid understanding of food and labor cost management, with the ability to optimize resources and reduce waste.
- P&L Analysis Proficiency: Exhibit expertise in analyzing profit and loss statements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies.
