Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor the front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and guest-focused service.
- Ensure the restaurant is set up for success each day, from table settings to reservation management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely food delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and attentiveness.
- Maintain and enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Create and implement training programs to continuously develop and refine the skills of the front-of-house team.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
- Proven experience in upscale, full-service dining establishments, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
