The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development, production, and implementation of creative marketing and communications materials that drive business growth, enhance brand equity and awareness, and shape the marketplace’s perception of our products and solutions. Additionally, this position will assist in the creative development of various marketing materials including advertising, collateral, event messaging, and digital content. This role requires an energetic and problem-solving individual who is comfortable developing and delivering consistent materials that support the marketing plan for a complex group of businesses. You must possess a high level of creativity, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This position has both strategic and tactical aspects and the successful incumbent needs to be able to shift between high-level thinking and production/implementation when necessary.

Working in partnership under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will:

• Develop and implement creative execution of branding, collateral, public relations, advertising, events, and Digital Marketing campaigns that supports the strategic marketing plan to differentiate ProMach’s Labeling & Coding Group as well as product brands (ID Technology, EPI, Code Tech, Greydon, and Panther)
• Collaborate with the Labeling & Coding Marketing Team to establish and implement new creative marketing ideas and innovations to enhance brand messaging and drive profitable growth
• Develop and implement creative assets that support aftermarket marketing campaigns to promote consumables, upgrades, parts, and service programs sales growth with active and inactive customer base segments
• Develop and implement creative assets for marketing automation software and email marketing that support strong marketing campaigns to generate additional leads and revenue
• Lead or assist in the production of video marketing campaigns that showcase the Labeling & Coding portfolio of solutions
• Support product marketing launches to assure commercial success of new products and solutions
• Assist in the development, curation, and maintenance of photo and video libraries for use across all Labeling & Coding product brands
• Help maintain consistent brand standards across individual product brands in all mediums including print, digital, documentation, machinery, apparel, and more
• Collaborate in marketing team initiatives that support the development and implementation of Employer Branding activities for the HR Department
• Collaborate, produce, and implement business development, sales promotion, and training materials that support field sales and service teams in becoming more effective
• Support the Labeling & Coding marketing and leadership teams in developing strategies to capture new opportunities with existing and potential customers
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing assets and materials that support trade show and industry events.
• Support and attend in-person trade show and industry events that promote our Labeling & Coding product brands
• Work with agency/vendors for branding, advertising, search, and public relations to ensure materials are submitted on time and produced as intended

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related Marketing field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success; preferably in the packaging or a B2B industry
• Experience in supporting and maintaining brand identity standards
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite of software, with advanced knowledge and use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and design skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
• Self-directed, works well in team environment
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
• Experience with content management and web-based analytics systems
• Ability to travel as needed (25%)
