As the Digital Marketing Specialist for our umbrella of 15+ home inspection and home services brands, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement in our target markets. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Utilize ZOHO CRM and marketing apps to effectively target our primary audiences-Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, and Home Owners-at optimal times to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including email and SMS drip sequences, transactional emails, and mass campaigns, aimed at nurturing leads, engaging customers, and driving bookings for home inspections.
  • Manage lists, segment audiences, create nurture campaigns, and conduct A/B tests to continually optimize campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Craft compelling content for various digital channels including emails, social media posts, website pages, advertisements, and newsletters to effectively communicate our brand message and drive customer action.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Angi to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Strategically deploy Local Services Ads (LSA) to enhance visibility and attract qualified leads within specific geographic regions, leveraging localized marketing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize website content, and implement both on-page and off-page SEO tactics to enhance organic search rankings and increase online visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align Digital Marketing efforts with overarching business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Digital Marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to bolster our digital presence and maintain competitive advantage.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated expertise in Digital Marketing, emphasizing proficiency in email marketing, Paid Search, SEO, and local SEO strategies.
  • Strong command of email marketing platforms with a track record of creating compelling and effective email campaigns.
  • Thorough understanding of Google Ads, encompassing campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and adeptness in utilizing this platform for driving local lead generation.
  • Knowledge of Tracking Phone Numbers and Lead Insights.
  • Proficient in SEO principles and techniques, including keyword research, content marketing, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, adept at interpreting data to derive actionable insights and guide decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Creative problem-solving aptitude, coupled with a passion for keeping abreast of Digital Marketing trends and best practices.
  • Expertise in Local SEO strategies and optimization techniques tailored to enhance local search visibility and attract customers within specific geographic areas.
  • Competence in optimizing Google My Business (GMB) listings to amplify local search presence and allure potential customers.
  • Ability to document Digital Marketing strategies, processes, and best practices for streamlined replication and knowledge dissemination within the team.
  • Prior agency experience is considered advantageous.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in utilizing the Google suite, including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
