Summary:
A Digital Demand Generation Specialist will strategize with the marketing team to drive website traffic, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor and interpret analytic data, and optimize our digital infrastructure to maximize lead volume, improve funnel conversion rates, and increase marketing's overall contribution to sales.
- This is a remote/on-site hybrid opportunity!
In this role, you will:
- Enjoy measuring the effectiveness of Demand Generation efforts at each level of the funnel
- Be driven by website metrics, preferably having experience with Google Ads
- A/B test campaigns to improve effectiveness and get greater results
- Assist in the lead nurturing process by developing multi-touch email workflows/marketing campaigns and tracking lead progression through the sales funnel
- Contribute to a Demand Generation strategy to effectively target clients and prospects
- Work across teams to ensure lead generation goals are met

- Possess a strong understanding of the buyer journey across different personas throughout the marketing and sales funnel
- Have an understanding of multiple go-to-market models
- Understand best practices in digital lead generation in SaaS marketing
- Have a constant focus on metrics, measurement and optimization
- Possess excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Have 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably executing some of these same tasks
- Have experience with CRM and marketing automation software, Hubspot preferred
