We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead strategic marketing campaigns that will drive company growth! This role will report to the Director of Marketing.


What does this role do at AHIMA?

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the end-to-end campaign process, including campaign planning in coordination with product and brand marketers, audience, segmentation, deployment, monitoring, and performance reporting. It will play a pivotal role in leveraging marketing automation and partnering with business stakeholders to design data-driven, targeted omni-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle to achieve business objectives. This role is responsible for delivering measurable impact by preparing marketing performance reports using marketing analytics best practice approaches to report on marketing ROI and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time and will have a proven track record executing successful Digital Marketing campaigns from ideation through launch. They will also be able to clearly outline strategy, tactics, goals, best practices, and performance for campaigns. This position is ideal for someone who wants to be part of something transformative, and it will play a critical role in driving future success at AHIMA.


What are the responsibilities?

  • 40% of the responsibilities revolve around campaign strategy, planning, and development. These include but are not limited to:
    • Strategizing with product marketing and brand marketing to develop and execute integrated Digital Marketing campaigns with a best practice, data-driven approach.
    • Appropriately defining and segmenting dynamic audience lists using data properties to reach intended campaign targets.
    • Planning, executing, and managing all Digital Marketing for SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
    • Partnering with social media manager to plan paid and organic social media marketing opportunities.
    • Creating effective Digital Marketing funnels by strategically utilizing paid, earned, and owned channels. Designing a seamless sequence aimed at increasing conversions and providing a positive customer experience.
  • Another 40% of the responsibilities revolve around campaign management and team collaboration, which include but are not limited to:
    • Overseeing the creation and optimization of digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices in collaboration with content marketing director and copywriters.
    • Aligning with social media manager to incorporate social media tactics within product marketing and brand marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.
    • Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
    • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • The remaining 20% revolves around data analysis and reporting, which include:
    • Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
    • Executing campaign optimization opportunities.

What are the knowledge and skills requirements?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and marketing analytics tools. HubSpot certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing paid, earned, and owned channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficient use of MarTech platforms to build campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and best practice KPI reporting. (i.e. Google Analytics)
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
