JOB TITLE:Digital Marketing Manager

LOCATION: Itasca IL or Remote

We are seeking a talented, hands-on, creative Digital Marketing professional to enhance our Sales & Marketing Team, supporting both QMI and our newly added businesses Riot Glass and Campbell Corporation.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Digital Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of QMI’s Digital Marketing and brand-building initiatives. He / she will coordinate lead generation and SEO/SEM activities and increase QMI’s web and social media traction.

The Digital Manager will own all parent and subsidiary websites, working closely with agencies and other third-parties to redesign, maintain, and optimize all sites consistent with our brand and product strategies. He / she will leverage company CRM and marketing automation tools to execute digital campaigns and will develop and execute social media strategy across platforms. As the ‘digital expert’ within the company, he / she will champion QMI and its related brands across the digital space.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and implement Digital Marketing, including display ads, search engine optimization and marketing (SEO/SEM), inbound and outbound email campaigns, and social media activities

· Refine and optimize brand and product messaging and collateral for digital delivery, tailoring assets to maximize effectiveness across digital platforms

· Drive digital lead generation, working with the Marketing team and outside agencies to grow quality leads while increasing efficiency and optimizing spend

· Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, audience engagement, click-through rates, and return on investment to maximizing performance

· Redesign QMI website, working with outside agencies to accelerate rollout and drive ongoing web execution for multiple URLs

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven ability to generate leads and grow revenue through SEO/SEM, leveraging KPIs and campaign analytics to enhance ROI

· Demonstrated track record of working with creatives, outside agencies, and other third-parties to deliver compelling digital content and user experience

· Hands-on expertise with website analytics, digital advertising, and social media best practices

· Practical familiarity with building and growing an effective B2B social media presence

· Strong evidence of listening skills, verbal communication, and professional writing style

· Ability to multi-task and manage time to meet high pace, cross-functional work environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience in a B2B environment, manufacturing business preferred

· Experience in security products, specialty construction, architectural products, or similar markets preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent required

COMPUTER SKILLS:

· Proficiency with applicable software such as MSOffice, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, or similar

· Experience and proficiency with HubSpot a plus

· ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system proficiency a plus

COMPENSATION:

· Base wage commensurate with experience

· Eligible for Personal Performance Bonus + Company-wide profit sharing
