Expected pay for this position is $35.84 - $47.48/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Manager of Digital Optimization will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital presence and driving performance across various digital platforms. Will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing digital initiatives to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). This role requires a deep understanding of applications, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. This role will be tasked with managing vendor relationships, overseeing workforce management and quality management functions to streamline operations and enhance outcomes.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
Experience:
- At least one year of experience consistently leading projects or teams.
- Proven experience (2 years) in one of the following: applications, project management, workforce management, business, or project management, with a focus on optimization and performance improvement.
Other skills/knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for staying abreast of healthcare industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to have crucial conversations, work collaboratively with a wide variety of people, and respond to stressful situations in a calm and rational manner.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, with flexibility and an eagerness to support changes.

- Master's degree in a business administration or health care related field
Experience:
- Direct leadership experience Contact Center Experience Prior experience with an EMR, specifically Epic Prior experience as an application analyst
- Other skills/knowledge: Advanced level of competency with statistics
