OMG will hire and train digitally enthusiastic team members in the foundations of digital media and our innovative go-to-market products in a Bootcamp cohort in our Chicago, IL office. As a Springboard participant, you will learn digital basics, earn industry certifications, and collaborate in a unique and fun onboarding experience with fellow cohort members. Upon graduation, you’ll work with brand-name clients to solve unique business challenges and develop your professional career in an agency setting.
Qualifications
- Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing, and media
- Analytical thinking with a competency in mathematical concepts
- Works well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT
- Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally
- Bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience in digital media and advertising
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your team in delivering on the day-to-day tasks behind running a client campaign full cycle from planning, building, executing, to reporting on KPI’s
- Learn & activate on the media tools and software necessary to manage digital buys
- Participate in client & publisher meetings with opportunities to develop presentation skills
- Familiarize and perfect the terms, language, nuances of each product to be able to showcase each in a way that is meaningful to a client’s business needs
- Attend learning & development training classes to grow professional skillsets
Compensation Range: $34,000 - $45,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
