Moxie Tonic Marketing, a StoryBrand Certified Marketing Agency and full-service HubSpot partner, is looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our team in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing inbound and outbound marketing services for a diverse range of retainer-based clients located across North America.
While we have found every Marketer brings a unique set of skills, the ideal candidate for this role will have a combination of digital, content, WordPress website, and social media marketing know-how along with fantastic proofreading and editing abilities. Experience using the HubSpot platform is a huge bonus.
In this role, the Marketing Project Manager will work directly with their cross-functional team to execute marketing strategies for Moxie Tonic clients. You will continuously identify opportunities to iterate and improve on your clients’ marketing programs. You must juggle numerous project deadlines and thrive in an open and collaborative environment.

You will work side by side with our leadership and creative team to help ensure that results meet and exceed industry benchmarks and that we deliver to the client -- on time and on budget.
Core Responsibilities
You’ll help develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients, utilizing a variety of marketing software automation platforms, including WordPress and Hubspot. Your clients may range from marketing-focused medical and dental practices, to consumer products, B2B services, engineering and tech firms, and more.
Lead the Marketing Creative Team in the execution of marketing campaigns and meeting client goals through completion of projects.
Lead in the creation of strategic plans to help clients meet their marketing and lead generation needs.
Look for opportunities to optimize results for the clients and create efficiencies in the workflow and delivery process.
Build exceptional rapport with clients' internal marketing and sales teams.
Plan ahead and communicate effectively about task status and deliverables needed.
Be the boots on the ground for completing projects through delegation to contractors and following up or completing yourself when needed.
Experience with the following will greatly aid you in project completion speed and quality. WordPress (Divi and Elementor Builders), Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, other programs a plus), MS Office and/or Google Docs, Email platforms, Monday.com, and/or Hubspot experience.
Update websites as needed via WordPress or a similar CMS
Review quality for designs and finished content to check for errors. Available to participate in QA across departments.
Seek opportunities to serve clients with additional projects or growth in their retainer package.
Familiar with social media, paid ad, website, and general print specs.
Adopt and maintain a flexible, agile approach to your responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor degree in marketing or communication-related studies preferred (but marketing experience is even better)
Motivated self-starter with 5+ years’ experience in marketing, social media and project management, previous account management experience preferred
Must be analytical with a strong understanding of inbound marketing concepts
Able to smoothly and efficiently work against tight deadlines and manage multiple work streams simultaneously
Able to keep clients and internal teams informed of key milestones and project status
Able to take and follow direction, receive feedback, and apply that feedback to other tasks
Able to provide clear directions and feedback to the creative team about project strategies, requirements, and timelines
Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and HTML a plus
General understanding of SEO/SEM campaigns
Solid computer & web skills, including WordPress (Divi and Elementor), Google Docs, web analytics and Google Ads
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with Social and Paid Ads
Experience with website design and development processes
