The Digital Engagement Manager creates outstanding experiences for Adobe customers, driving value realization and return on the client’s investment. Through clear communication and teamwork, Digital Engagement Managers works directly with the customer success organization using a “consultative” approach to understand business goals and challenges and provide resolutions as part of the broader team, all working toward delighting our customers.
The Opportunity
Your focus is to build compelling experiences for developers, customers, partners, and internal teams across the entire DX suite of products, such as Adobe Target, Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Analytics, and more. You will be an evangelist for data-led experiences that are clear, engaging, and always customer-focused; and an internal leader in assisting teams across the organization to synthesize and share knowledge that will help our customers succeed.
What you'll Do
Lead on standard methodologies in content journeys and customer experiences
Build compelling copy for a variety of internal and external programs
Explore new communications mediums in order to reach and engage audiences
Develop journeys and resources for both internal and external audiences that accelerate their success
Leverage data to determine the right approaches and methods
Guide internal resources to generate next-level design elements that amplify your messaging
Audit programs and data to determine what is working (and iterate based on that information)
Identify insights based on customer engagement with the journeys you develop
Collaborate with internal teams around the world to ensure crisp execution on coordinated plans that involve PR, Social Media, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success Managers
What you need to succeed
3-5 years of experience in Scaled Engagement, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, PR, and/or Marketing, Digital Event Hosting
Outstanding writing and communication skills
Experience leading large content efforts that rely on digital platforms
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects at once
Creativity and a willingness to try new approaches
An evangelist for data-first strategy and tactics
Cool when things go wrong and adept at crisis management
Ability to build coalitions and internal agreement on your vision
A relentless focus on the customer experience
Knowledgeable in commonly used platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo Engage, Gainsight, Workfront, Adobe Connect, Dynamics etc.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $77,000 -- $138,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
