We are seeking a talented Account/Project Manager with exceptional attention to detail to help manage some of our most important clients' online presence in Google search results.

Primary Duties include:
  • Working directly with our international team of experts to help create, develop, and implement various campaign deliverables.
  • Monitoring and enhancing clients’ reputations online.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Shepherding content pipelines on behalf of clients by working closely with a team of content writers.
  • Researching and pitching content opportunities (articles, press releases) that adhere to clients’ brand and campaign goals.
  • Editing and proofreading content to ensure it’s free of typos, misspellings, and grammatical errors while adhering to SEO best practices.
  • Building template-based websites, managing social media accounts and managing online review profiles.

Requirements:
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Above all, you need to communicate effectively. That means you need to be able to craft professional, error-free emails, answer complex questions simply and clearly, and articulate our process and message. Customer service and professional writing experience highly preferred.
  • Problem Solving: In this position, you will need to complete various tasks with efficiency, but more importantly, you will need to handle difficult or unexpected situations, determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution. 
  • Organizational skills: You'll have to effectively manage your own time and keep a tight schedule in order to be successful. You'll be expected to balance strict adherence to company procedures with the ability to introduce creative strategies to client campaigns.
