We are seeking an individual with the capability to comprehend both new and existing projects, grasp client objectives and assets, exhibit strong communication skills, coordinate client check-ins through both in-person meetings and phone calls, and effectively assign tasks to the appropriate departments.

About our dream candidate:
This individual should have experience managing projects that include website development, Digital Marketing, graphic design, printing, social media, and more. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, collecting assets to support project completion, and delivering status updates to clients. Given the dynamic nature of our projects, the candidate should be versatile, capable of multitasking, and ensuring effective communication with the team regarding deliverables and deadlines.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
  • Managing:
    • Workflow and timelines
    • Client deliverables with soft and hard deadlines
    • Multiple clients and projects at one time
    • Client expectations, facilitating the overall client relationship and satisfaction
    • Vendor partners for outsourced deliverables
  • Effectively:
    • Resolving issues with the client
    • Leading the team through successful project completion
    • Leading the agenda for client meetings and team meetings
    • Identifying and acquiring the necessary assets required for the team to complete the project.
  • Providing:
    • CRM and business system support on an ongoing basis
    • Light bookkeeping – recording payments, sending invoices, resending quotes, etc.
    • Quality check before work goes to the client for review
    • Maintenance reports to clients
    • Marketing reports to clients
    • Assistance in preparing contracts and proposals
    • Assistance in providing additional suggestions and edits to client
  • Communicating, with clients, team, and business development:
    • On-boarding sessions
    • Tasks
    • Feedback
    • Next steps
    • Meeting dates and notes
    • Project status
  • Organizing, Maintaining, & Documenting:
    • Electronic files and client folders online
    • Client logs
    • Creation of tasks
    • Scheduling and confirming meetings with clients, team, and business development

Job Requirements, Skills, Abilities, Education:
  • Experience in managing teams and working with clients
  • Experience in the Digital Marketing industry
  • Experience in sales preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (phone, email, and face-to-face)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to organize and streamline the process for multiple projects
  • Excellent computer skills 
    • with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Dropbox
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • A full understanding of “scope of work” and the ability to discern what does and doesn’t fall within it
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and communicate efficiently to the business development team
  • Answer technical questions related to Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, reporting, messaging, and conversion tracking
  • High level of: 
    • attention to detail (including accurate data entry skills)

  • Ability to: 
    • Learn quickly
    • Defuse situations when needed
    • Prioritize, manage time, switch gears, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    • Work well independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
    • Utilize the correct tools, resources, and team members to find answers to client questions
    • Oversee and manage large, complex, and diverse projects

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have/Be:
  • 3-5 years experience in web and/or marketing account management or related field of work preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in digital account management or related field of work preferred
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working with project pipeline tools
  • Basic knowledge/experience with: 
    • editing/understanding of WordPress websites
    • marketing campaigns and platforms
    • CRM (Insightly), GSuite, Office 365, Slack, QuickBooks, WordPress, 1Password & Dropbox
    • digital engagement areas, such as web design, web analytics, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and quality assurance

What We Offer the Right Candidate
$24 – $28/hour DOE with health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, paid time off for major US holidays, and PTO.
This position is a full-time, remote work setting, with standard hours set for Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, providing flexibility as needed. Client communication can be handled through Zoom or a phone call and must be handled during standard business hours. We are willing to train the right candidate for some aspects of the role, but prefer someone who understands and appreciates the overall process of assisting the team and overseeing numerous efforts come together to achieve client success.
