Job description

The Digital Marketing Manager plans and implements comprehensive and innovative paid search and social strategies for lead generation of both new families and new caregivers for the company. The position is a key role at Jovie Nannies + Sitters, responsible for sizable revenue and pivotal to the company's growth. Through close working relationships with various internal and external groups, this individual leverages technology, SEO/SEM, social media, email and content- focused strategies to achieve important business objectives.
What you will be doing:
• Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid search and social strategies for our national branding, as well as our local franchise locations, to drive direct response and new user acquisition
• Review our existing Google Ads and Meta accounts, make and implement any recommended changes, then manage and optimize paid search campaigns including structure & matchtype strategy, negative keywords, ad optimization, attribution across keywords and devices, ad extensions, etc.
• Supervise the campaign performance via detailed analysis and optimize campaigns for the target KPIs
• Work with direct response advertising strategies to drive qualified leads generation
• Drive automation processes and reporting
• Be an early adopter of betas and innovative ad formats, as well as trends to integrate into our campaigns
• Strategically perform A/B testing campaigns, ads/ assets, general tactics: identify hypothesis, measure, report and advise on future implementation of corresponding learnings
• Analyze, merge and translate data from various data sources into actionable content recommendations
• Stay up to date on paid media trends/innovations and look for ways to integrate them into campaigns
What we hope you will bring to this role:
• 3+ years of experience working in paid search optimization. Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram) Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube and OTT. Current Google Ads certification. Complete understanding of search and display-specific key performance indicators to strategically measure and track program success
• Proven experience working on high volume, performance-based, direct response marketing paid search and social with large budgets of $30,000+ per month
• Creative and analytical skills, complemented by the ability to take direction, learn/develop new skill sets, problem-solve, and take on new challenges, while paying strong attention to detail
• Passion for and a constant eye on "the future of media" based on industry trends (digital innovation, customer level targeting, dynamic creative optimization, media consumption, e-commerce/retail level targeting capabilities)
• Highly organized with strong analytical and MS Excel skills
• Positive, flexible, and well organized to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlines
• A self-driven and reliable problem solver with a highly collaborative approach
• Nice-to-have: B2B experience, Facebook + Bing Ads certification, experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and/or Zoho

Compensation Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year
