We are looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Digital Analytics, data analysis, and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on digital data from multiple sources, including web analytics, mobile analytics, social media analytics, and other digital platforms.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Digital Analytics strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
• Manage the implementation and configuration of Digital Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant tools
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify key performance indicators, trends, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and technology to optimize the digital user experience and drive revenue growth
• Monitor and report on digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid search, and social media campaigns
• Manage a team of analysts and provide coaching, training, and guidance on Digital Analytics best practices

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
• Expertise in using Digital Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
• Experience with A/B testing and website optimization techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
• Leadership and management experience, including the ability to mentor and develop a team of analysts

Salary Range
Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $143,750.00/Year
