Willow is seeking a Digital Coordinator with extensive experience in actively implementing and delivering digital projects within the BIM space. Your role will involve collaborating with design consultants, construction contractors/subcontractors, IT/OT vendors, systems integrators, and various internal and external stakeholders representing building and infrastructure owners/operators. Responsibilities include enhancing and executing project implementation plans and procedures, displaying self-motivation in acquiring new technological skills and processes, and actively sharing and educating members of the broader delivery team and the organization. You will be instrumental in both following and refining project implementation strategies and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Advocating the adoption of digital methodologies and technologies to enhance outcomes across the project lifecycle, encompassing design, construction, handover, and operations.
- Providing comprehensive support for the end-to-end integration of technology for our clients.
- Grasp project workflows and processes, guaranteeing delivery aligns with the most cutting-edge and technical solutions available.
- Continuously pursuing enhancements and refinements in software and technical workflows to achieve increased efficiency and automation in project delivery.
- Utilizing Willow's open-source Ontologies to develop digital twins in collaboration with both internal and external team members.
- Assisting in site setup activities and testing within WillowTwin software offerings, supporting WillowTwin Delivery initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in AEC project delivery, Digital Engineering/BIM implementation, or Consulting Management.
- Experience in managing multiple complex delivery activities across several customer accounts simultaneously.
- Having a strong technical aptitude, hands-on experience with BIM, Design Technology, Graph Databases, or Data Management/Analysis is a plus.
- Hands on experience with Snowflake, Python, Postman, and Revit tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train others.
- Excited to be involved in a fast-paced project delivery with proven ability to find creative ways to meet and exceed customer needs.
