Parent company and franchisor for multiple restaurant brands. Based in Richardson, TX. Brands include Golden Chick, Jalapeno Tree, Fireside Pies, Texadelphia, JC's Burger House/Bar, and Heff's Burgers.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department's initiatives by planning, executing, and tracking all digital programs such as email, event, social media, and loyalty marketing.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:
- Coordinate content for loyalty and email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
- Manage Digital Marketing initiatives to drive product promotions
- Develop concepts that increase awareness and success of campaign initiatives
- Support Brand Marketing Manager on all initiatives on PR and Social Media projects
- Support new market entry along with all relevant new store opening online support
- Build brand awareness for all brands with effective digital initiatives.
- Supervise the processing of customer complaints, including tracking all complaints to ensure resolution and communication are completed. Ensures all complaints are acknowledged and completed in a given timeframe (24 hours).
- Interface with all guest inquiries on various platforms:
- Individual Brand website portals/contact us links
- Phone inquiries to the corporate support center
- Social media review sites - including Facebook reviews, Facebook comments, Yelp & Google Reviews, etc.
- Guest Metrics Program portal
- Guest Loyalty Program Feedback forums
- Respond and escalate all guest comments for all Golden Tree Brands
- Manage the process of the comment & complaint handling system and provide direction for future enhancements to the process.
- Escalate comments & complaints to Senior Leadership and to the PR group as required - i.e., incidents that will attract media or possible law enforcement or health department attention.
- Analyzes data and prepares periodic reports relating to complaints, consistent brand problems, etc.
- Participates with the Golden Tree Marketing Team on team initiatives (i.e., conferences, major brand initiatives, etc.).
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Social Media platform
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills
